Product Certifications
Product certifications are facilitated and officiated by third parties such as Global GreenTag™. Products are assessed against stringent standards, which consider things such as raw materials, product ingredients, manufacturing processes and waste.
The envirO₂™ range has been independently tested against the Global GreenTag™ rating system to comply with green building and health standards.
Eco Choice Aotearoa is New Zealand's official environmental label, initiated and endorsed by the New Zealand Government, although independently operated, and recognises the increasing effort of manufacturers to reduce the environmental impact of their products.

Dulux Dulux envirO₂™ packaging is made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic and can be recycled again-and-again through our Dulux Paint Take-Back programme.
The Paint Take-Back paint and packaging recycling programme, was established in 2009 and is a service we are proud to offer as part of our commitment to the environment.
Dulux New Zealand has been a member of the New Zealand Green Building Council since 2006.
The Dulux Gracefield manufacturing facility complies with ISO 14001: 2015 and is independently audited by Telarc.
Our 10L and 15L plastic pails are 100% recyclable in New Zealand by our packaging partner.
Units of plastic and steel paint packaging have been recycled through the Paint Take-Back Programme since it started.
As more recyclable pails get returned to us, the more we can ramp up the recycled content in our packaging.

*Very Low VOC: <1g/L VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) untinted and when tinted with Dulux Decorama tinters. VOC content is calculated in accordance with APAS Australian Testing Standards.
