About Duramax® Bright Finish Spray Paint
Dulux Duramax® Bright Finish is a fast-drying spray paint delivering a brilliant bright finish on special projects inside and outside the home. The unique Dulux technology delivers bold and stunning finishes in Bright Gold, Copper Rose and Silver and is ideal for use on all primed smooth surfaces such as metal, wood, glass and plastic.

Previously Painted Surfaces
• The surface must be clean and dry, free from grease, rust and dirt.
• Protect adjoining surfaces from overspray.
• Undercoat dark surfaces with Dulux Duramax® Undercoat to achieve the brightest finish.
• Prime all bare steel and iron with Dulux Duramax® Metal Primer.
• Prime all plastic with Dulux Duramax® Plastic Primer.
Brush, roller
Before spraying
• Shake can for at least three minutes after first rattle and regularly during use.
• Lower temperatures and high humidity will slow the drying and affect the gloss level.
• Avoid spraying when air or surface temperature is below 10°C or above 30°C.
Spray application
• Hold can upright 15 to 25cm from the surface.
• To ensure surface compatibility, test spray on an inconspicuous area.
• Spray with smooth, even strokes parallel to the surface.
• Apply by spraying five full coats with two minutes between each coat.
After spraying
• Prevent blocking by turning the can upside down and spraying until clear gas emerges.
• Also wipe front of nozzle clean.
• Clean up overspray while it is still wet with mineral turpentine.
Unused paint
Storage
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place and and away from oxidising agents and corrosive materials.
• Protect from sunlight.
• Store away from sources of heat and/or ignition.
• Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
Unused paint
Spray unwanted paint onto newspaper and allow to dry, and then disposed of via domestic waste collections.
