About Acrylic Sealer Undercoat
Dulux Prepcoat Acrylic Sealer Undercoat is a premium interior/exterior water-based acrylic sealer and undercoat. It has excellent opacity, dries hard for good sanding, fills timber grain well, and provides a smooth even surface for applying topcoats.

Areas to use
Surfaces
Dulux Prepcoat Acrylic Sealer Undercoat is recommended over:
• Paperfaced plaster board (gib)
• Masonry
• Brick
• New interior timber
Previously Painted Surfaces
1. Thoroughly clean all surfaces free of loose dust, surface chalk, grease, mould, mildew, wax, loose or flaking paint.
2. Wash with sugar soap.
3. Rinse with clean water.
4. Fill nail holes and cracks with a suitable filler, sand smooth and dust off.
Unpainted Surfaces
New interior timber:
• Fill any nail holes, cracks, or imperfections with an appropriate filler.
• Sand smooth and dust off.
Paperfaced wallboard, brick, masonry, fibro and fibro cement board, and concrete:
• Fill imperfections with a suitable filler, sand smooth and dust off.
• For fibrous or bare set plaster use Dulux PRECISION® Sealer Binder.
Brush, roller
• Stir contents thoroughly before and during use with a broad, flat stirrer using an upward lifting action.
• Pre-wet brushes and roller with water prior to use.
• A short or medium nap roller will give most uniform appearance.
• Apply a full even coat and finish by light parallel strokes with a practically dry roller.
Airless/Conventional Spray
Suitable for application by all standard spray equipment.
Unused paint
Do not pour leftover paint down the drain.
Unwanted paint should be brushed out on newspaper and allowed to dry, and then disposed of via domestic waste collections.

Empty paint containers
Leave empty paint containers open in a well-ventilated area to dry out. When dry, recycle the container via steel can recycling programs.
Disposal of empty paint containers via domestic recycling programs may differ between local authorities. Check with your local council first.
Do not reuse container unless thoroughly decontaminated.
