1. To ensure evenness of colour, pour all cans of Dulux Metallic Effect into a clean dry container.
2. Stir thoroughly prior to use.
3. Before you begin, test your chosen application method on a large piece of board.
4. Mask off adjacent walls, skirting boards and cornices.
5. Brush around the edges of the wall.
6. Apply the first coat with a medium nap roller using light, even pressure.
7. Take the roller close to the edge to cover the brush marks.
8. Working in small sections, apply the second coat with a roller.
9. While the paint is still wet, drag the brush in a random pattern.
10. Make sure to overlap brushed areas to achieve an even effect.
11. Avoid touching up.
1. Thin with 10% water if required.
2. Apply three to four thin coats to achieve the desired effect and coverage.
